A light and creamy sauce that can be served on the side with any kind of protein but our favorite way to serve is with fresh prawns from
So easy to make and comes together in literally less than 15 minutes
Let’s Get Started
You Will Need
- 500g Fresh cleaned Prawns
- 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard
- Lemon Juice of one lemon or lime juice
- Lemon Rind(optional)
- 1 tsp Salt,White Pepper powder,Paprika,Turmeric
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Parsley chopped
Step One : Melt butter and add in garlic and sauté till it turns beautiful and golden, then add mustard and spice and seasonings
Step Two : Add in lemon juice, milk and heavy cream.Let this simmer and reduce to a thickened sauce consistency
Remember to switch off flame a little runnier than the consistency you prefer because this sauce thickens as it cools
The sauce is now ready to be served on the side of any seafood or even meat and poultry
I added in some grilled prawns to flavour the gravy but you could definitely serve the sauce on the side
