Tartar Sauce is a popular condiment served with most fried seafood dishes like batter fried prawns,fish and chips or crab cakes
This recipe is what I’ve gathered from a few recipes online to get the right consistency that works for me and my family
The Hubster is a tartar sauce fanatic : eats it with anything…when I say that it means literally anything haha
Let’s Get Started
You Will Need
- One Cup Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
- 1 tbsp chopped pickles(optional)
- Finely Chopped Dill Leaves/Parsley
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos
- 1 tsp Finch Lemon Salt
Just combine all ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasonings accordingly
If finch lemon salt is unavailable in your area you can use regular lime juice from one lime and 1 tsp salt
